Ingredients:

 

¾ cup tomato sauce

¼ teaspoon dried oregano

¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup sliced pitted black olives

2 cloves garlic, chopped

4 pieces  anchovies, cut into strips

1 teaspoon capers

1 – 180 grams Century Tuna Lite, drained

 

Procedure:

 

Preheat oven to 450ºF. Roll out dough on corn meal coated pan. Spread tomato sauce, leaving edges bare. Sprinkle with oregano and top with ½ cup mozzarella cheese. Top with olives, garlic, anchovies and tuna. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve.
