Serves 4

400 ml Vita Coco water
200 ml coconut milk
½ cup raw honey
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
8 tbsp chia seeds
½ cup chopped pineapple
½ cup chopped oranges
½ cup chopped banana
4 glass mason jars with lid

Blend together coconut milk, Vita coco, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
Pour into mason jars and stir in 2 tbsp chia seeds in each jar. Stir and mix very well
Refrigerate overnight. Top with chopped fruits before serving.
